FAQ’s

What is your returns policy?

As per statuatory consumer rights, we can only refund faulty goods in the first 14 days.

This only applies to issues that are not specified in the listing. Some cameras are listed with faults, maybe a broken flash or film counter. We are always transparent with any minor faults and will amend the price to reflect the lack of functionality in your favour.

It is your responsibility as a buyer to make sure you are happy with the condition of the camera as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

If you do want to proceed with a refund, you must return the item back in the condition it was sent to you.If the item is sent to us in a condition that does not reflect how we sent it to you (we log this!) the refund will be rejected and the item will be returned to you. You will also be responsible to cover the postage.

What is your UK Shipping policy?

For UK Customers, we offer free shipping as default. This means the item will go out 2nd class signed for which usually takes 2 to 3 working days to arrive.

With this option, there is no mid-journey tracking but we receive confirmation that the item has been delivered.

You can upgrade to 1st class for £1 extra.

Please contact us directly if you want to arrange a service not currently offered.

We always try to ship items out the same day (before 1pm) or the next day.

What is your international shipping policy?

We ship worldwide and will only send items as tracked and signed. This is protect your package and so you know exactly where your item is. We will send you a confirmation email when we have the tracking number for you.

We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties or custom charges, it is your responsibility as a buyer to ensure you aware of any possible charge.

If you are an international customer and the item gets returned to us because no one was in to receive the item, it is your responsibility to cover the cost for us to post it out to you again, there would be no option for a refund.

Why should I buy from you? X camera is cheaper on e-Bay

Buying from e-Bay is a minefield! (trust me and the pile of dead cameras I have in storage) People rarely know if their camera have any faults so it’s likely you will buy a camera you can’t do much with!

With our cameras, we rigorously test every item which means we can put our “quality seal” on all cameras sold through our website and Depop shop. Sometimes, we do encounter minor faults but overall the camera still functions (We’re talking dead data backs, film counters not working etc) but we are extremely transparent with any faults and will ensure we make these known to you and of course lower the price!

Lastly, we have over 500 (legitimate) reviews from extremly happy customers so you know your new camera will be safe and ready to go!

I have a camera I want to sell to you, how do I do it?
